Oral Hygiene For Weight Loss


Okay, you might think this is a weird topic to bring up here, but the fact is: if you brush after each meal and floss at least once a day, you will have fewer cravings.

The tiny particles of food that remain in your teeth after eating slowly get into your bloodstream and signal your body to create saliva and to want dessert (or whatever food is nearby.)

So, I recommend that you add daily brushing and flossing to your fitness regimen.  You may be surprised at the difference it can make!
