One way to take your results to the next level is to add extra physical activity beyond your workouts, through play!
Instead of watching your favorite TV show each night with your loved ones, maybe you could invite them for a game of tennis, golf, basketball, volleyball, etc. Even a little game of catch in the backyard will burn extra calories without you even noticing.
Other options include going for a swim in the ocean, a hike in the mountains, or a leisurely bike ride.
