What is Required to Succeed in Online Training

Online training has everything but the nagging. In other words, if you don't show up for a session, your trainer won't call and leave a guilt trip message. If you need the guilt trip, online training may not be for you. Otherwise, read below to see the attributes of a successful online trainee:

Generally, successful online trainees have:

  • Convenient access to an internet-ready computer.
  • Basic internet know-how.
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • A support unit consisting of family or friends.
  • A place to do regular exercise (this can be a home gym, a room where you do your workouts, etc.)
  • Self-motivation

Here are some things that you will need to purchase for your training:

  • a food scale
  • a scale to measure your body weight
  • a workout band
  • a workout ball
  • a body fat caliper (comes free with any membership package, but not with month-to-month membership)
