Imitate a Toddler For Weight Loss


A trainer friend told me this; I don't know if it's true or just urban legend. She said that an olympic athlete tried once to imitate a toddler for a day (or an hour, I don't remember.) Anyway, in no time the olympian collapsed from exhaustion.
