Is Weight Maintenance Success?

My opinion is "yes." I think if you've maintained your weight loss, you should be very proud of yourself. In addition, weight maintenance is success even if you haven't lost any weight. Considering that most Americans pack on pounds each year, even maintaining your weight is an accomplishment.

Now, how do you go from weight maintenance to weight loss? Just make one small change. Writing down what you eat is usually all it takes. Or, add one 20 minute walk or other exercise to your daily routine.
