Do you want to give up? Are you a perfectionist who hasn't been perfect? Do you distrust yourself because you've let yourself down too many times? Are you sick of "dieting" or exercising?

The only way to lose is to give up. In fact, the only way to fail at fitness is to give up. It's important to learn to trust yourself not to quit. After all, if a friend of yours constantly promised to do something and then went back on her word, wouldn't you stop trusting her? On the other hand, if she never gave up trying to keep her promise, wouldn't that mean a lot to you?
It's important that you treat yourself just as well as you would treat your best friend. That means keeping your promises no matter what type of persistance that takes.
That means that even if you ate something you regret eating this weekend, and even if you still haven't even had your first workout, it's not over yet. There is no good reason to betray yourself by giving up. It's never too late, and there is no better time to start.
Please don't wait until New Year's day again. Let's get this done, and get it done now.
You can do this! You will do this. Giving up can't happen, because it's not even an option. Success is the only option this time.
