Are you trying as hard as you can to continue living a "normal" life while you lose weight? Maybe it's time to define a new normal. After all, you can't expect new results while doing the same normal things.
So, here's my proposal to you: Quit trying to keep your life as untouched as possible. Instead, turn it upside down if necessary. Do you normally eat while watching TV, and you don't want to give up this normal activity? What about not wanting your friends or family to notice that you're eating differently? Then there's the age-old excuse that you don't want to mess up your kids' routine by cutting out the fast-food.
Face the new and uncertain with bravery. Summon up all of your courage, and watch TV while on the floor stretching. Get up the nerve, and tell your mother-in-law that you're on a healthy meal plan. Be brave, and drive past Burger King.
The only way to get new results is to change what you're doing. You can do this. Be brave!
