Learn Over 100 Exercises
As a MyFitnessTrainer.com member you can learn over 100 exercises during your 10 week program. You will be given two unique exercises each day. This is important for avoiding plateaus. A plateau, or a stall in fat-loss progress, generally happens when there is not enough change to a program. MyFitnessTrainer.com is designed to avoid plateaus by keeping things interesting and giving your body a constant challenge. The program is designed to give you one day off each week to rest and heal your muscles.

Your program also includes access to an online exercise library with hundreds of exercises. This can be helpful if, for any reason, you are not able to do the exercise(s) of the day. For example, if your doctor recommended that you avoid squats because of a bad knee, you could choose a different leg exercise for that day.
You will love the exercises on MyFitnessTrainer.com. They are fun, unique and effective. Sometimes you'll wonder if you can really be getting a workout, because it will seem so easy and fun. The next day that little bit of soreness will let you know you did.
The exercises on MyFitnessTrainer.com are designed to be done at home, but the exercise library also includes gym exercises if you prefer to go to the gym. The at home exercises require only an exercise ball and band (both very inexpensive and available at Walmart, etc.) The first week of the program includes exercises that don't require any equipment- that way you can get right to work without waiting to get your ball and band.
In the Exercise Library, you can narrow your search for exercises by body part, type (stretching, cardio or strength training) and location (home or gym.)
The two exercises per day take about 5 minutes for beginners, and up to 15 minutes for advanced lifters. You will do a new exercise each day- a great way to avoid boredom and "muscle memory." This makes for a very efficient and effective workout. Enjoy!
