As a member of MyFitnessTrainer.com, you will have access to your own personal fitness database, which is available on the internet whenever you need it. You can use any computer with internet access at home, work, school, airports, coffee shops and more.

You don't need a gym to do the exercises, either. They are designed to be done with your body weight, or with a portable exercise band or ball.

You may still be able to come up with an excuse to miss a workout, but it won't be your location.
