 I have spent a lifetime trying to learn how to eat properly, while being on a weight roller coaster for my entire 59 years, until learning from Annette about eating several small meals with high fiber content throughout the day.

Now, I love being able to eat as many as 8 times instead of the usual 3 squares a day.  As long as I commit to eating high fiber, I now find that I never feel hungry, even when on a reduced number of calories.

I'm moving right along.  My clothes are fitting better around the waist and hips which is what I was most concerned about.  They cut my calories... but I'm still staying within the limits and not feeling deprived.  Am finding that my body lets me know what I need to eat, whether it's protein or carb or water or whatever.  Maybe it's been trying to tell me all along, but I wasn't listening.  I'm also realizing that  listening to my body is NOT  a selfish thing.  My whole attitude is brighter and I'm finding that reflected in those around me.  It's great.  Thanks so much!

This is a great big THANK YOU for your wonderful program.  I've been going a month now and am still going strong or should I say stronger?  Am losing the pounds and inches and my clothes are fitting much better - I'm even getting interested in looking at clothes again.  I think it's nine pounds gone now but even better than that, my strength level has greatly improved.  I think in this month's time, I've seen that the program is very doable and I've recommended it to several people.  Thanks again.

Thank you very much. I have found your program extremely effective. I have lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks and two days. I was already vigorously exercising but not losing weight. The key factor was knowing how many calories I should be consuming and making some modifications to what I normally would eat.
