Wouldn't it be great if all you needed to do were two simple exercises each day? If your entire strength-training workout only took about 15 minutes? Well, I'm here to tell you that it is that easy. Most people quit their exercise programs because they just require too much: a change of clothing, a long drive to the gym, an hour away from family, a public workout. It never had to be so difficult.

Just show up at your computer each morning, wearing your pajamas! Get out your inexpensive exercise band and ball, and follow the simple instructions. Hover your mouse over the photo to see a demonstration of the exercise in correct form. When you finish the first exercise, go on to the second. 15 minutes later, you're enjoying a healthy breakfast, and you're done with your strength training for the day.
