This page will pop up automatically once a week if you use the guided training sessions. If you are a little late entering your measurements one week, it won't cause any problems. The formulas will just take the extra day(s) into account. The information you enter here will aid in creating your weekly calorie goals and your progress reports.

You can click on any word to get clear measurement instructions. For example, if you're not sure how to measure your thigh, just click on the word "thigh" and an information box will appear with a photo to demonstrate.

It only takes a minute or two to measure- that is, if you aren't stopping after each measurement for a victory dance!
